Dr. Sarah Villarreal has over ten years of experience specializing in working with women. She provides individual therapy through a interactive, non-judgmental approach using cognitive behavioral and interpersonal therapies. Dr. Villarreal places much value in identifying interpersonal patterns to increase awareness and help create the changes that you want in your life. She also uses life-coaching techniques to identify life goals and help guide you toward achieving them.

Dr. Villarreal earned her doctoral degree in psychology from John F. Kennedy University, which is fully accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA).
