Children and Adoloescents

Dr. Sarah Villarreal has over ten years of experience working with children and adolescents. She uses a cognitive behavioral approach that is solution focused. Goals of therapy include decreasing parent/child conflict and unhealthy familial patterns. She specializes in helping individuals with Asperger’s Syndrome, Depression, Anxiety and Attentional Problems (ADD/ADHD).

Dr. Villarreal earned her doctoral degree in psychology from John F. Kennedy University, which is fully accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA).
