Fees

Fees for individual therapy depend on the clinician. Please contact us for more information.

• The two-day Rejuvenation Couple’s Workshop (RCW) is $500. This fee includes the workshop for two, continental breakfast on both days, and follow-up e-mail consultation.
• Social Skills Groups run for 8 consecutive weeks and require a prepayment of $800. Each group is one hour in length.
• Single Women Groups run for 6 consecutive weeks and require a prepayment of $300. Each group is one hour in length.
• Exploring Spirituality for Adolescents Groups are one hour in length and run for 8 consecutive weeks. The fee is $45/session.
• Neuro-Networking Groups run for 8 consecutive weeks and the fee is $100 per 1 hour session. Pre-payment is required in full.
• Nutritional Analysis and Treatment. An optional 25 minute initial consultation has a fee of $75. The fee for a 50 minute intake is $150 and the fee for an 80 minute report of findings and treatment plan is $225.
• Massage Therapy A 60 minute massage is $90. A 90 minute massage is $125.
  

Insurance

The Entelechy Wellness Center does not accept any insurance directly. However, we will provide you with an invoice at the end of each month that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Your insurance company will determine the percentage of reimbursement.
