Mina Grace is a certified advanced-level Reiki practitioner and aromatherapist. She works with clients applying the principle, “Energy flows where attention goes.” Employing Reiki and Polarity Therapy, she works with the Human Energy Field, electromagnetic patterns expressed in our physical, mental, and emotional condition.
Mina Grace redirects and balances the body’s energy centers using gentle, directed touch while the client remains fully dressed. The biomagnetic pulsations from the hands are in the same frequency range as brain waves and scientific studies of these frequencies reveal that touch stimulates healing in any part of the body.
Aromatherapy is another vital part of Mina’s holistic practice. She uses the highest quality therapeutic-grade essential oils personally researched and collected from sources around the world. Essential oils not only smell good, but when inhaled stimulate the brain’s release of endorphins, neurotransmitters, and other 'feel-good' chemicals. These oils are also used in her facial rejuvenation treatment which softens fine lines and improves complexion.
